Our apiary honey is the result of our brothers' keen interest in beekeeping.

The apiary of Bose is situated on the sunny side of a hill, facing south. It overlooks the Ivrea moraine, whose woods are rich with acacia and chestnut trees.

Here the list of the different types of honey on sale at our monastery shop:

  • Acacia

Honey's calorific values are lower than sugar's (300 calories per 100 gr. versus 400 calories for sugar). Honey has several different medicinal and therapeutic uses. It is particularly indicated for people convalescing, for children, and for sportspeople.

All our products are on display in the hall next to the reception room of the monastery.
