Anna Briskina-Müller, Martin-Luther-University, Halle-Wittenberg

Anna Briskina-Müller is a research fellow in a project on “Paisiy Velitchkovsky (1722-1794)” at the Faculty of Theology of the University of Halle. She was born in St. Petersburg and there studied Orthodox theology at the Russian-Christian Humanities Institute. She then studied Protestant theology at the University of Heidelberg. From 2010 to 2014 she has been research associate in a project of the German Research Foundation “Russian/German Theological Dictionary„ at the Theological Faculty of Humboldt-University of Berlin. Since April 2016, she is consultant for the Foundation “Pro Oriente„ of Vienna. She has published studies and translations.
